Mindfulness Meditation: Step One

I have said that I don’t have a meditation practice for Mindfulness – that it is a Gratitude practice. It is very sweet. Every night before I go to bed, I remember to be Grateful for something that I have never thought of being Grateful for before. Every day, because I know I’m going to have to come up with something that night, I am always looking around for things to be Grateful for, and that brings me into the Moment, and that makes me Mindful throughout the day.

When you are Mindful, you are in a sense of Harmony, a sense of Beauty, a sense of Flow, a sense of Oneness, a sense of Wholeness. These are Sacred Moments.
